"They saved me $150"

Wanted them to run an analytic for problem I had with USB port- they FOUND SOLUTION without analytic!!! Told did not need to do. How is that for great service! Really appreciated. Was busy at work and efficiently did via phone- so can't recall name specifically. Big thanks

"In and out very quickly"

- Happy to be back in STL with Seeger Toyota

I was recently at Seeger Toyota in St. Louis for my every 5,000 mile oil change. They tell me I only need to have it changed every 10,000 miles, but then I wouldn't get to see all my friends at Seeger as often! I was in and out in no time. The waiting area is great - always fully stocked with drinks and snacks, ample seating, free wifi, television with many station options. The management and the staff there are always friendly and accommodating. I have always had a pleasant experience, whether it be for service or for a new vehicle purchase (which we've done three times now). I recently moved back from the Springfield, Missouri, area where the Toyota dealership is horrible - terrible service, uncaring staff, overcrowded waiting area that looks like a bus station. I refer to the Springfield Toyota dealer as "Unreliable" Toyota (look up the name, and you will see why). When I still worked in Springfield, I would arrange my visits to St. Louis around the time that I was due for an oil change or service so I could have it done by competent staff. They simply are the best.

Other Employees : I did not catch the name of my service advisor this time, but he was great. Gary Evers, the porter, is always friendly and accommodating. I did not have to use his services this time, but he is always ready and willing when I need him.

"WONDERFUL"

I have been dealing with Seeger for decades and have never, ever been dissatisfied. The staff is helpful and caring and the service is wonderful. What I love the most is their honesty – they don’t try to trick/con you into service you don’t need. Last week I took my car in for state inspection, oil change and they found that I needed my breaks fixed. What shocked me was that in spite of having all of this done...I was able to pick my car up the same day. My husband does not have a Toyota and the comparison of Seeger vs his dealer is shocking – on his last visit they kept him waiting for days & did not respond to phone calls. Seeger is on the ball, they are there for you and care about you! How jealous was my husband when I'd tell him how I was treated vs how badly he was treated??? He’s buying a new car this week.....a TOYOTA!

"Great service"

The people in the service department seemed to really care about our concerns and valued our time. The waiting room was excellent with a closed off kids area with windows to see in and out (we did not have kids with us). In addition they provide snacks and beverages while waiting, how nice! Everywhere that we went was clean. They even washed the car for us with no charge.

"First Toyota Dealer Visit in Missouri"

Last Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. I brought my FJ in for routine service; oil change, wiper blades, tire rotation and alignment. Pros: Scheduling was easy on the website, people were friendly in person, and initially appeared to be very efficient interns of handling the amount of Customers. Customer Lounge was very nice. My FJ was serviced as requested and returned washed. Cons: I was the second person in line and the last person to be seated with a service rep. Arrived at 7:00 am on time and left just before 10:00 am, about 15 minutes after finding my service rep for an update. Overall friendly, courteous, and nice amenities.
