My whole family had to leave our village up north, and came to town with very little. There were no cars to rent, and we just spent a lot of money on flights unexpectedly. I called Seekins that night and came to town with very little. There were no cars to rent, and we just spent a lot of money on flights unexpectedly. I called Seekins that night and left a voicemail, and before I could call them back that next morning Nick Accola called me and picked me up in his own truck. We began to talk and I told him about my son wanting to come, but we didn’t have car seats, so Nick turned around and picked my son up because he also has a son around my kids age and had a carseat in his truck! At Seekins Nick helped me find the only Tacoma in town and gave me a very fair price on it. To top off this experience, while I was finishing paper work in the back, Nick went to his personal storage unit and got his extra carseats for my son and baby (as he has kids the same age as mine) so we would have them that day! I’ve never been treated this well by any company or person in my life, except Scott Bandy. I guess there is something about Fairbanks being home to some of the best people! Tried to up sale me and services at the dealer are over taxed for warranty maintenance work. What I really wanted was a hard top and got shut down for that. Took very long to make purchase after two year of pre order. Placed "Seeken" gear on truck and would rather not advertise the dealer on my purchase mud flaps ect. Offices have major trip hazard with sliding doors that need updating Wish that this could have been a Costco dealer but does not make the grade Rig is worth over MSRP so that is a saving grace. overall good performance auto but poor braking distance. I brought my truck in for a noise...turned out I needed all new rotors and brakes, They said, "end of day". Then, end of day came, and they didn't get to it. 5 days later, I got my truck back. Additionally, the ABS light is on, the Airbag light is on and the Advance Track service light is on.... So now I have to take it back. Nena was super helpful and apologetic.
