He was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the option that worked best for my situation. Josh, the General Manager, was equally great to work with. My situation wasn’t necessarily the simplest, and the process ended up taking a couple of days to get everything worked out. Through all of it, both Josh and Collin stayed in contact with me, kept me updated on where things stood, and continued working behind the scenes to get everything taken care of. What impressed me most was the communication. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or had to chase someone down for an answer. They made sure I had everything I needed leading up to the purchase, and when I arrived to finalize everything, they had everything ready for me to sign. After spending a couple of days working through the details, having the actual delivery process go that smoothly was greatly appreciated. Buying or leasing a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, especially when there are a few extra things to work through, but Collin and Josh made the experience incredibly easy. I truly appreciate the time, effort, patience, and communication from both of them. I’m very happy with my new Kia K4 GT-Line and would absolutely recommend Collin, Josh, and the team at Seelye Kia of Battle Creek to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
