Was driving down stadium when all the sudden I saw a turtle trying to cross the road in the pouring rain. I stopped and went to help it and the moment I left my vehicle it got hit. Totaled on impact. Amanda saw everything and she quickly ran to me continuing on to the turtle to make sure it was ok. It was! She then proceeded to take me inside once she was sure the turtle was safe of course! Then she proceeded to sell me a car! Left with my dream car and passed my old car on the road turning out the lot! Would absolutely go there in the future and recommend Amanda every time! Thank you! She worked diligently to get me in the payment range that I needed to be for my lease with the mileage that I needed as well. I walked away with my new Kia Sportage in a few Short hours. Travis from the finance department was fantastic as well. He made the process of turning my Suburban in for the new car so simple. Dave was incredibly patient and helpful during our time working with him. This was our first time leasing/turning in a lease. He offered options in all 3 categories and anytime we aired a concern, he listened and offered his input. At no time did we feel pressured during the process, and having been to several dealerships where this wasn't our experience, I am so grateful. Dave was direct and to the point about his concerns and considerations with the cars we were interested in. When our initial option was off the table due to engine concerns, he quickly and efficiently offered us other options that fit what we were looking for. I think most people know what the typical "car salesman" can be like but Dave is anything but your typical salesman. While I hope I don't have any reason to work with him soon, I'm so happy to know he will be there when we need him. More
