Unfortunately, this dealership is an absolute scam and artificially boosts their reviews by making customers fill out reviews on a variety of differe Unfortunately, this dealership is an absolute scam and artificially boosts their reviews by making customers fill out reviews on a variety of different platforms (Yelp, Google, Carfax, etc.) while you are doing purchase paperwork and sitting in their office waiting for everything to be finalized on the car you just bought. Unfortunately, they do not stand behind anything they sell you either, even if it is certified pre-owned. If anything happens they will blame it on either you or "Kia Corporate." If anything happens that the dealership should take responsibility for they will direct you to them instead. I bought a certified pre-owned 2020 vehicle from them in 2022 with only 13,000 miles on it and have had several issues with the dealership being dishonest or not taking responsibility since then. I asked specifically if the vehicle was in the lawsuit for not enough anti-theft features and they assured me it was not and that they did not have to perform the recall for anti-theft features and warning stickers on the windows that it had them. Then it was stolen out of my driveway. When the vehicle was recovered and brought in they charged us for all of the repairs, even after admitting that this model was included in the lawsuit for not having enough anti-theft features and finally installing them and put warning stickers on the windows. Then, I noticed (and took videos) that the windshield was leaking when it rained and water was pouring into the driver's side near the pedals. I called and called to get an appointment (they will never return your calls or emails, you will have to go in person if you ever want to talk to the service department). Our insurance claims adjustor inspected it and said that the windshield was not seated correctly and was something that they definitely should have caught before selling it certified pre-owned with their multi-point inspection and that therefore insurance would not cover it either. But, the dealership accused me of incorrectly installing an aftermarket windshield by myself and that I would have to pay for the new windshield and any replacement of corroded wires under the hood which were shorting out and cutting the engine at that point. They only backed down from this accusation when my husband talked to them and he turned down their offer to "split the cost" of the repair 50/50 with us, even though the car and loan are both in my name, not his. They are incredibly misogynistic and will gaslight you to avoid responsibility for any mistakes on their end. Today I brought my car in after being emailed about being due for a routine inspection service based on its mileage now being over 50,000. When I dropped the car off they could not find what I was bringing it in for in their system. I read the email to them confirming what the appointment was for in the confirmation email from them in their own words: "PERFORM KIA 360 VEHICLE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION. THIS IS A FREE INSPECTION PERFORMED ON HOIST TO INSPECT WEARABLE ITEMS AND IS IN NO WAY A DIAGNOSTIC OF THE VEHICLE. ROAD TEST ISN'T PERFORMED DURING THIS INSPECTION AND VEHICLE FAULTS AREN'T DIAGNOSED." Then I was told that this was not an appointment for a free 360 inspection, and that I would be charged for it unless I purchased an oil change from them (it's not due for an oil change). I also had in the appointment for them to check out another possible corroded wire in the speaker on the side from the previous leak, but I ended up just cancelling the appointment because they said just to diagnose the speaker wire it would be a $220 diagnostic charge. Yet, back when the leak issue was initially resolved they said they would keep a note on file in the maintenance records for this car that they would cover any future corrosion issues related to the leak that they didn't catch the first time.
