This is my 3rd time dealing with Kia. The staff are very friendly , the customer service is excellent and they’re patient. Jason in finance was very courteous and really took his time to answer the questions fully, which I appreciate. Talking to Jason really was a pleasure and it feels so refreshing to deal with people and have a good human conversation and build a relationship, vs dealing with someone on a transaction level. As far as the dealership is great, i really liked that they weren’t pushy for sales not aggressive when negotiating, just fair humans (in my opinion) (which has been my experience, unfortunately in the past with other dealerships). I found them very transparent regarding pricing, discounts and add ons and if I wasn’t interesting in something, no guilt tripping! Which I loved! The after sale care was excellent too! They set me up with the Kia guru, Ashly, to go over all the bells and whistles… far beyond what I could find in YouTube (and believe me I’ve went through several tutorials). Thank you to everyone at Seelye for turning a daunting and anxiety filled experience into a fun and exciting one… (as it should be, imo) More
