If I could give it a negative rating I would do it. Everything was going great and Peyton was really helpful and polite with everything really professional. I was looking forward on trading my VW wasn’ Everything was going great and Peyton was really helpful and polite with everything really professional. I was looking forward on trading my VW wasn’t able to do the deal due to the bank closing at 5pm but not worry because I was looking forward to come back on 10/23 for the truck. They took my car to evaluate it to get a price on it which up until I left everything was great. After I left the dealership I was feeling that my car was a little off but didn’t think much of it since I still had an hour drive left to get home. 20 min before getting home I call my husband bc I was smelling burnt oil. I get home only realizing that they messed up my VW by not putting back the oil cap or misplacing it. I called back many times and all I got to say is that this people don’t care about any costumer. Worst experience I’ve had. First time buying from different dealership that wasn’t Ford and this happens. I Don’t recommend this dealership. More
