Have never had such terrible customer service. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to have my vehicle looked at. I had to rent a car while it was at seguin Chevy. I checked in daily on I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to have my vehicle looked at. I had to rent a car while it was at seguin Chevy. I checked in daily on the status. For a week they said “oh someone would get to it”. After a week I showed up to check in and no one had checked it. I spent 500$ on a rental car for no reason. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if no one looks at it. No one apologized. I’ve never been so disrespected that they kept my car for a week and did not get to it. I went to the dealership for the reason they would be experts and take the best care of me. I would never use this dealership again. More
