2 things, it was so hot on there s d i saw the thermostat set at 79. That's ridiculous. Had it not been for seeing my car parked outside no one would have told me it was ready. The finance dept is terrible. I told them I wanted to use Capital One. At first they said I could buy then didn’t give me that option. They only gave one option with GM Financia I told them I wanted to use Capital One. At first they said I could buy then didn’t give me that option. They only gave one option with GM Financial and an extremely ridiculously high interest rate. The finance guy talked and talked about anything and everything except the contents of the paperwork and he just blew through the paperwork getting me to sign things while he talked. Worst experience ever. Would never come back here again. They are not here to serve customers. Only to take advantage of people. More
