After purchasing my 22 duramax I have received first service maintenance cards in the mail. So I called and set up an appointment for my first oil change. They aslo took care of the recalls as well. I told the service tech that I would have to wait at the dealership for my vehicle. He said no problem it would take 2 hours. I was surprised, I was out in 2 hours. Thanks! More

Need a friendlier parts department towards women. I waited 20 mins. before being waited on. He was on the computer for that amount of time until I asked if he was the only one in service. I have been bringing my truck for service every 3-4 months since purchase. The last two services have been getting worse. Since Chuck has not been involved with the service department. Every time service was completed and I went to pick up my vehicle the person who initially met with me for my scheduled service reviewed the work done and any issues found in person and involved the mechanic if required. This does not seem to be the case anymore. The last two services when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I am sent to the payment window without review with the service tech. I am not sure what has happened to Seguin Chevrolet, but if this service continues I will be inclined to go elsewhere for my vehicle purchases and service. I had also purchased a vehicle for my wife in 2019 and she seems to be having the same issue. Maybe this is due to the warranty being out on our vehicles or maybe whomever is in charge just doesn’t care about the individuals in the local area. I just don’t know what to think about the lack of personal service that I am receiving. More
