Seguin Chevrolet - Service Center

The service that I received was absolutely excellent! My transmission went south on my Chevy 2500, and I limped into the dealership towing my motorcycle on a trailer headed to Galveston for vacation. Kody transmission went south on my Chevy 2500, and I limped into the dealership towing my motorcycle on a trailer headed to Galveston for vacation. Kody was my service advisor and he basically came out took charge and assured me that he would take care of the situation. To make an extremely long story short, Kody went above and beyond the call to make sure that I was able to enjoy my vacation with the least amount of stress as possible. He texted me periodically with updates while I was on vacation. He was very professional and proactive. As a business owner, I would love to have ten Kodys working for me. Also, the mechanic that I spoke with was very professional and was able to give me a diagnosis within just a couple of hours. Finally, the job was completed within a day once the part arrived. Kudos to the entire Service team at Seguin Chevrolet. . I recommend them highly!!! More

Was promised a an oil, filter change and top off DEF fluid as advertisement said, but did not receive. Not at all happy with the last oil change. 15 minute job. Didn't grease anything. My truck sat from when I got there at noon until 12:50 when I went and ask why it was just sitting there. Another lady behind me had the same question about her truck. After I asked the truck was pulled in. I could see it come down from the lift and it was pulled out at 1:07. What really got done besides just the oil change? My husband was not happy when he started checking things over. I doubt we'll be back when you can't trust the service department to do a good job! First poor service we've had at Seguin, but that's all it takes to ruin a reputation! More
