I chose Seguin Chevy for an oil change/tire rotation because noticed an advertised on their website. After service was completed my was handed a bill for $50 over the advertised price. I looked back at the website and there was not any fine print for hidden fees or cost. And my wife was never asked if she wanted anything extra done to our vehicle to justify the higher bill. I've chose Seguin Chevy before for service, this will be the last time. More
This service was horrible. I called prior to, to make an appointment and whomever answered stated i didn’t need an appointment to just show up at 8am the next morning. I then said are you sure because I’ve always had to set an appointment she said no. I hate i didn’t get the number. The dealership is 45min away from my home and once i got there at 8am they turned me away and said they had a full board of cars to service. I attempted to leave and a nice older white male that puts fluid in the windshield came to me and asked was i ok. I told him what happened and he went and spoke to management for me. Mind you i took off from work for this. They then told me the manager will come speak to me (manager never came) but a young black guy at the desk proceeded to take care of me. I sat from 8am till 11am for an oil change which is ridiculous but it was my only day off. I believe if it’s too many vehicles to service then quit taken appointments and quit taken walk ins and quit telling people they don’t have to schedule an appointment. More
