Frustrating I've come here many times for the same sound problem, and they haven't been able to resolve it. I have a bumper-to-bumper warranty, and I understand that problems like this should be covered by problem, and they haven't been able to resolve it. Also, if the vehicle is touched by an external mechanic, the warranty is void. I also don't know if the sound is being caused by a broken part or something like that. I don't think it's fair for me to pay for something that has a warranty. More
