I came into the dealership with a poor credit score but an expiring lease. I explained how much I could afford per month and they worked hard- I mean hard- to make it happen!! Now I drive a zippy new Hyund an expiring lease. I explained how much I could afford per month and they worked hard- I mean hard- to make it happen!! Now I drive a zippy new Hyundai SUV that I can afford and that meets all my driving criteria. Chip Hoffman is a great salesman and I would direct everyone to use him and Seidel Hyundai!! After a week or so from picking my vehicle up for service, the bottom cover piece came off of my undercarriage. I went to check my fluids and noticed in a crevice of my front window and wiper draina service, the bottom cover piece came off of my undercarriage. I went to check my fluids and noticed in a crevice of my front window and wiper drainage, were the bolts of the undercarriage! That’s two new parts needed to fix what they didn’t finish. Also, it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone! Don’t leave a message either because you never get a phone call back. They did get a new engine and updated all issues that was recalled and under the Hyundai warranty. More
