Treated like a King! I was very undecided on what kind of vehicle I wanted and I was a pain in the butt to my wife because I couldn't make up my mind. But she never once gave me any attitude or made me feel like I was being a pain to her. She made me feel like I was the most important customer they ever had...that she would do anything to make me happy and get me what I wanted. We went back and forth on pricing, the owner even got involved, and it was the same thing. Neither of them ever degraded me, they never acted like my trade in wasn't good enough, they only made me feel like I was the most important customer they've ever had. Same goes with the finance manager - he was top notch all the way. I suffer from agoraphobia, so when I initially pulled up to the dealership and the sales people were sitting out front, I got nervous and thought that maybe this wasn't the place for me. But I walked away having made a fantastic deal for a great vehicle feeling like I had been treated like gold. I can't say enough good things about Seidel - this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership in a heartbeat - Kathy Link in particular. More
