I did not feel like they were making me jump through hoops just because, the banks can be picky in excess. You would think think that if you want to sell a product, you might want to make your customer comfortable and valued, I did not feel this at that other place on Lancaster ave with the person's full name used as the dealership's name (I won't say it, but you know who it is). She made us feel comfortable through the whole process. From signing tons of papers to going through all the documents with us and making sure we understood everything. She went though the car booklet page by page with us and she even followed us out to the car and went over everything there as well and helped us set up our blue tooth and pick our favorite stations.
