These people bent over backwards, left no stone unturned, gave it all AND wearing a smile at all times. I felt their commitment to help me get my family's much needed van. I did not feel like they were making me jump through hoops just because, the banks can be picky in excess. You would think think that if you want to sell a product, you might want to make your customer comfortable and valued, I did not feel this at that other place on Lancaster ave with the person's full name used as the dealership's name (I won't say it, but you know who it is).
