I dropped my vehicle off the night before my service- was left at home with no vehicle. Was not made aware until late in the afternoon that the part that was received was in a damaged box with a damaged part left at home with no vehicle. I was dissatisfied with this as they should've checked the part before I dropped my vehicle off. After my vehicle was returned, there was a screw left behind on the floorboard on the driver side.
