Seidel Hyundai

It took an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. I called Oct 2nd to make an appointment, the first available appointment wasn’t until Nov 11th. The lady that scheduled the appointment transferred me to the service desk so I could ask if there was anything sooner or if they had any cancellation to let me know. I left 2 messages and no one bothered to call me back. The lack of customer service is very disappointing. My previous oil change they told me I needed air filters replaced but I declined and told them I would replace them next service appointment. When I asked for them to change them this time he said they were fine and didn’t need to be replaced. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for filter replacements I didn’t need. I will definitely be asking a lot more questions next time I need service. More

The service center went downhill, I'm guessing due to the fact good knowledgeable people are hard to find. The showroom while under construction was very impressive. Although being at the dealership for over 5 hours on Monday we felt very comfortable and Evan constantly keep us informed of our status. impressive.
