They gave me an appointment and when I showed up they said they don't take appointments that late! Had to leave the car there without a loaner and had to get myself to work the next day. I came into the dealership with a poor credit score but an expiring lease. I explained how much I could afford per month and they worked hard- I mean hard- to make it happen!!
