I was not happy about my last service. Dropped off car night before for oil change next day at 830a & when I went to pick up at 4p, it still wasn't done. We were pleased with our service. Problem was that we were not notified until 5:22pm that our care was finished . The service center closed at 5pm. Also, the bill was incorrect.
