My experience with the tech himself was good. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also took his time to give me information and advice. Outside of that, terrible experience. I was told they needed more time with my vehicle for diagnostics but I wasn't told that it would cost me 3x more than originally quoted for that time. My vehicle was kept for days. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and was never told about the cost for time spent doing diagnostics until I received the bill. At the end of my experience I paid 3x more than originally quoted and my vehicle was returned to me in exactly the same condition it went in. NOTHING was done to it. More
