Got an inspection done and they didn't even hand me an inspection form.. called about it and they didn't know where it was. Almost like they just slapped stickers on it... also just assumed I was gonna pa inspection form.. called about it and they didn't know where it was. My experience with the tech himself was good. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also took his time to give me information and advice. Outside of that, terrible experience. I was told they needed more time with my vehicle for diagnostics but I wasn't told that it would cost me 3x more than originally quoted for that time. My vehicle was kept for days. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and was never told about the cost for time spent doing diagnostics until I received the bill. At the end of my experience I paid 3x more than originally quoted and my vehicle was returned to me in exactly the same condition it went in. NOTHING was done to it. More
