I quit using the service center at the Toyota dealer for my Toyota, because they were horrible. So, I now use Seidel Hyundai. They have been great and saw that my plastic cover under my car was falling off my Toyota, because they were horrible. So, I now use Seidel Hyundai. They have been great and saw that my plastic cover under my car was falling off and reattached it without me asking and all I asked them to do was change the oil and do an inspection. I give them 10 out of 10 score. More

Adam Carman, my Service Advisor, was informative, helpful and pleasant. Although our vehicle was purchased elsewhere, the scheduled maintenance and Recall services were covered under the Hyundai new car and and pleasant. Waited 12 days to get car back for unexpected issues including brakes ( just replaced 12,000 mile ago) & i had to return it the next day as brakes screeching. Seriously?!!! Pa inspection tire rotation, and oil change completed to my satisfaction. Checked items covered under warranty.
