I was not due for an oil change for a few weeks according to my mileage. We were planning a trip to Michigan and at the last minute I realized my mileage would be way over. I never loved this service dept. There was a young guy who was pretty good the past few times but I guess he's no longer there. This dealer looked at our sonata and worked with us and the Hyundai Warranty to work out its engine failure and install a new engine under warranty.
