Best car buying experience I've ever had!!! I was in the market for a new car and found a car (already at a "great" price according to CarGurus) listed at The Selection. At first I was hesitant I was in the market for a new car and found a car (already at a "great" price according to CarGurus) listed at The Selection. At first I was hesitant because it was a smaller dealer and I wasn't sure what to think. I showed up expecting some weirdo to come out and hunt me down and try to convince me to buy this car. Instead I was completely surprised to when Luke met me outside and handed me the keys. He said he had started earlier and cooled it off so we wouldn't get in a hot car. He said to take my time and that we will talk when I got back from my test drive. I was still a little hesitant as we pulled back into the lot. We went inside the dealership and again, I was surprised by how clean it was. Luke personally took care of the financing, the paperwork, the transfer of ownership, etc. in all of 20 minutes! It was incredible! The owner, Brandon, was there as well and we spoke for a while longer. He explained his philosophy, keep it small and simple and treat your customers right. Honestly, it just didn't feel right leaving in less time than it takes for me to drive home. Both Brandon and Luke were very accommodating. The vehicle was in excellent shape and clean! I've been in customer service for a long time and I'm here to tell you these people know how to treat their customers! On a side note, I happened to be there when one of the detailers came in, they treated him like family and I was presently surprised. The service and follow ups after the sell were unbelievable. Some additional paper work was required and Luke personally drove to my house and didn't inconvenience me at all. I was shocked! I've purchased a lot of different vehicles from a lot of different people in a lot of different ways and this is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had.
