Yes, I recently purchased a car at Selma Honda this last summer and it was re-certified used in it needed to check and change the transmission oil in customer service manager. Mark promptly took care of it very professional and was good enough to cover the cost of a draining fill to make sure my car stays in great condition and run smooth for the up-and-coming holiday season I commend him with five stars thank you Mark. Didn’t allow me to pick the vehicle I want. When the dealer closing my deal, I feel like they are so rush to finish all the paperwork. Also dealer staff forgot to save my contract on usb drive. I have to keep calling back to dealership for sending me back contract. It takes about 2 weeks from my purchase date for just a contract. Overall I don’t feel very good experience.
