Went for service because of a Honda update notice to get the navigation software installed with a fix for some issues. Procedures was completed ahead of promised time. Unfortunately my wife suffered a ha the navigation software installed with a fix for some issues. Procedures was completed ahead of promised time. Unfortunately my wife suffered a had fall after tripping over an asphalt ramp that was built up on the corner of the sidewalk. The sides of it are painted white, but our eyes were focused on where we spotted the car. It had been parked near the sales lot in front. She tripped and took a hard spill that scratched her Apple watch crystal up pretty bad. As you can imagine, she was quite banged up and sore for several days. A nice man ran over and helped me get my wife off the ground. Not sure if he was a Honda employee. He was wearing a dark brown short sleeve shirt. They should put one of those ADA modifications they build into public areas on sidewalk corners. The ones where the curb slopes down and has the yellow bumpy plastic mat on it. That asphalt ramp is a hazard. More
