The process started very well. I mentioned to the sales person that i LIKED the fact that there was NOT an added sheet next to the Car Sticker. He SAID, the price on the sticker WA I mentioned to the sales person that i LIKED the fact that there was NOT an added sheet next to the Car Sticker. He SAID, the price on the sticker WAS the SALE PRICE. We test drove the car and was VERY IMPRESSED with the car. Later I contacted the sales person and said we wanted the car. We started the paperwork, that's when the issues came about. He mentioned that LOJACK was ADDED, ACTUALLY IT WAS Ikon Technology, Appearance Protect was ADDED and Theft Protect was ADDED to the STICKER PRICE. THESE ADDON came to $2715. I WAS NOT given the option of NOT getting the Ikon Technology. These items SHOULD have been DISCLOSED on the car window next to the Car Sticker, like OTHER Dealers do. The added warranty was a big plus. That being said, my trade in car, 2016 Subaru Outback NEVER required anything repaired! More
