I have been to the Selma Honda service department more than a handful of times both with new issues and also reoccurring issues. I had an open case with Honda corporation requesting a buyback due to my ve than a handful of times both with new issues and also reoccurring issues. I had an open case with Honda corporation requesting a buyback due to my vehicle braking on its own, as well as it already having 3 different parts replaced. My buyback was denied because they stated the service manager told them they could not duplicate the issue and that the vehicle was fine to drive. I was recently in a accident due to this issue and still nothing. I requested to speak to Gaddiel personally when I went in to pick up the vehicle but he never came out. However thank you to Cesar for doing all that he could but mainly for communicating with me. More
