As for the finance part (paperwork), I was not thrilled with Kevin, I did not finance my vehicle, he talked fast, he was abrupt and rude, overbearing, when I was trying to talk to my husband then he'd say I'm sorry what was that or is there something you wanted, no my conversation was not with him. I told him over and over I didn't want the extra warranty and he kept pushing to where we almost said forget it. I know what I'm buying and what I wanted, I understand it's his job to sell it but once you've been told 10x then enough is enough. More

The monthly payment it estimated was a fair amount off the actual amount. Seeming too good to be true, I was prepared to negotiate a fair deal. The sales team did a good job of finding all promotions and discount that would apply to our purchase. I actually had fun working with Jesus the Finance Manager.
