Cody was very helpful and made the process very easy. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. However, it was unfortunate we had to be part of an uncomfortable situation. As we were in the waiting area one of the managers came in and began yelling at the sales representatives demanding to dust off the vehicles. It was an awkward situation and it should have been handled professionally. It was inappropriate the way he spoke to the representatives. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at this location and it probably wont be the last but I do hope this issue is addressed. Thank you. More

I was using the Goodwill program. It’s supposed to include everything but I had to pay separately spark plugs 275 and even that my car was still not fixed the problem is still there. I connected my code reader and supposedly told me that there is a bad spark plug or two which very frustrate me. Because now I have to take my car in a different day and spend another day or two in the shop without my car if this is a very huge inconvenience for me, not being honest, I would like a full refund. We asked if they can add gas and they declined because it was a “used vehicle.” Luckily, there was gas station around the corner before I went empty.
