Very unsatisfactory. Had fuel pump recalled worked on. Afterwards, car died middle busy street with no exit. Once towed back to Honda Selma, tech still wanted $195 for diagnostic before checking what honda tech did to my car. This was shameful n egregious. Honda should immediately refunded my tow fees n be accountable for such an error. More

Car had be towed twice ober $700. Once towed car back to Hona Selma, tech wanted $195 diagnostic checkup before they would look into my car that Honda tech screwed up. That was absolutely shameful n unacceptable for tech to request such thing. Honda caused my car to shutdown n still wanted more money. This was so untrustworthy and set a bad example for dealer. I would not recommend such place. Im still trying get my tow fee back from auto insurance. For such an egregious error, Hona Selma such politely just refunded my fees for tow truck n mental distress.
