First we were given a sales person who was brand new, just transition from service to sales. I understand being new in a position but this came with little to know knowledge of the car I was interested i just transition from service to sales. Where I ran into big problems was the follow up after car purchase. I verbal told my sales person I wanted in home charge station. I was given no instructions on how to set up Honda link. As well as verbally telling sales person I wanted home install I also texted him several times that is what I wanted. He ignored those messages every time. I called office to talk to manager who tried to help but ultimately put a band aid over what my original ask was. It feels like we are on the track to fix but I still feel I am getting little to know information about the process and what comes next. Now I do t have my installation coupon so once again I am having to chase down answers to questions I have already asked. Not happy, and talking to others I am not the only one with a similar experience More
