The positive feedback was getting to get an appointment the same day I called for one. However, the wait after taking my car was an over an hour, they were unable to check my charger port without having t the same day I called for one. However, the wait after taking my car was an over an hour, they were unable to check my charger port without having to wait an additional 2 more hours for that and they mixed up my two vehicles on their service records. The female at the service counter nice and friendly. More
