The service advisor William Cervantes was very professional and he calmed my anxiety every time he checked in with updates on my repairs. experience! I have purchased two vehicles from Selma Honda, but unfortunately, both experiences have been far from satisfactory. I have had to bring my car in for service due to recurring issues with the engine li unfortunately, both experiences have been far from satisfactory. I have had to bring my car in for service due to recurring issues with the engine light, and each visit to the service center has been disappointing. The staff often made me feel as though my concerns were an inconvenience, and I felt there was a lack of empathy and professionalism in their responses. While I understand that vehicle issues can be challenging to address, I would have appreciated better communication and a more customer-centric approach. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend Selma Honda to friends or family, and I hope the dealership takes this feedback to heart in order to improve the customer service experience. More
