Some miscommunication between the sales person, floor manager and finance office. I had my finance prequalifying letter from my bank. There was no need to run my credit. 😢. I felt like they were trying to get me out of my bank finance and go with there’s. Was sitting there for over an hour after giving them my letter. Didn’t really give me a satisfactory explanation. I love the car though. More
