I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. After I left the dealership I noticed that my tires did not seemed to have been rotated, so I returned. The only reason I give you 2 stars was because of Josh and the nice lady at the reception desk. Josh saved the day and kept me from showing my xxx inside of that place. Two weeks to change a readily available radiator!? I could have given a high school cheerleader a radiator and a YouTube video and got it finished in a tenth of the time. I had to almost show my xxx to get a loaner. I was told GM wouldn’t approve until it was properly diagnosed. When I pulled up there my truck had water running out of it!!! LEAKING COOLANTS! would probably be the diagnosis 🤷. I got one two days later 😒 I hope y’all aren’t one of those crappy dealerships that put paying customers in front of warranty customers because you’re gonna hate me and my EXTENDED warranty 🤣. In all, after over two weeks of trying to get answers and over FIVE hours on hold, service sucks!!! (Except for Josh 🤘) maybe you should infiltrate Sterling. I hear they have the best service. My favorite saying is… The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Y’all might want to notate that in my file🤣 More
