2019 Chevrolet Camaro LT Convertible. I dropped my car off Thursday with a Convertible issue. 4 Days later they told me they don’t fix convertibles, but I still owe $179 diagnostic fee an I dropped my car off Thursday with a Convertible issue. 4 Days later they told me they don’t fix convertibles, but I still owe $179 diagnostic fee and that my dad told them to change the battery. Spoke to him, nobody told them it needed a battery. Now if I don’t want to pay for the $285 battery they would need to hold my car longer to take it out. They told me I need to google a convertible shop. Speaking with Deland Chevrolet (who fixes convertibles) they say I should not be charged diagnostic fee when they cannot perform the work. The manager had the nerve to tell me they went above and beyond and that I agreed to change the battery, when THEY told me we requested a battery. Liars, frauds and thiefs. Don’t go here. More

Specially during negotiations. We left our local Chevy dealership because the salesmen kept trying to tell us, two 70 year old women what we should do and what we needed in a car. We are informed buyers, and I think I knew more about the this vehicle than the salesman. Our few complaints are it took forever to complete the sale. And I didn’t see one woman working anyplace.
