One star is still 2 stars too high. We made an appointment to speak to the GM regarding several issues. We called as we left our house. When we got their the GM left. No call to let We made an appointment to speak to the GM regarding several issues. We called as we left our house. When we got their the GM left. No call to let us know. Apparently the GM dumps complaints on their sales and finance managers.......more on that to come. They completely lied about an extended warranty/maintenance package. When their lies were discovered they offered nothing to compensate for it. Their only response is salesmen are humans and humans make mistakes. It is their position that if their employee lies to you they are not responsible. Another issue, the vehicle has leaked water since the day we got it. Within 6 months the paint on the grill was peeling. Warranty claims thru the dealer were refused. Mind you this is a brand new vehicle. Instead they deferred to the extended warranty that did not cover anything. Back to the GM agreeing to meet with us then leaving as we were driving there. They dumped it on the sales and finance managers who attempted to remedy the situation. Their solution, sell us a new car. Their compensation was lowering the payment by $50.....but extending the loan from 60 to 72 months. Laughable. I know almost all dealers are untrustworthy at best to some degree but Seminole Chevrolet has to be among the worst. I love Chevy, I say get a Chevy, just never get a Chevy from Seminole Chevrolet. PS-After their attempt to rip us off with their laughable offer on a new car my wife mentioned wanting to check out a Honda Pilot. The salesmans response to my wife..........."Do you want to support America or do you want to fund xxxxxxxxxx". More
It is never easy buying a new car. The experience can be very difficult. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with my first-time experience at Seminole Chevrolet. My Sales Associate, Josh Med The experience can be very difficult. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with my first-time experience at Seminole Chevrolet. My Sales Associate, Josh Mederro was OUTSTANDING!! He was very knowledgeable on the new truck I was looking at, and a joy to work with! The entire staff was very friendly during our visit. And believe it or not, even dealing with Finance was a pleasure! I highly recommend Seminole Chevrolet, and make sure to ask for Josh!! More

He was able to locate a car (Toyota Highlander) that we were looking for at the Chevrolet dealership next door. Unfortunately we were not treated nicely at the Chevrolet dealership! The management was not nice to us at all! We don't know if it's because we arrived with Nelson (The Toyota salesman). After the test drive, We asked our salesman and expressed our safety concerns about the wear of the rear tires, the rear tires have very little thread on them and chunks missing on the tires. The managers told us that the vehicle passed inspection and that they cannot replace the tires because there's not enough money being made on the deal. I asked if they could replace the two bad tires with two of our tires from our trade-in and we were told it would cost us an additional $160 in labor. They then said that I would have to pay to get 2 new tires and they can add it to the vehicle price. There was only one key fob during the test drive, we asked about the extra key fob and were told that they had to get it from the office. Hairo, from financing was so nice with us. After we left his office we walked out to the car. It had been washed by then by then but not detailed. We opened the hood and there were leaves and grime. When our salesman was showing is the car we asked him for the 2nd set of keys. We went inside and asked the manager, he told us there was none and provided us with a phone number to call to get one made out for us and we were responsible for paying for it. We drove away sad, this was supposed to be an exciting moment. As we are entering the highway, we noticed that they didn't even bother to fill up the gas tank! I would love for someone in upper management to read this review and get back to me to remedy this situation. More
