With the 2016 models making their way onto the lots I had been kicking around Beyond expectations best sums up my experience at David Maus Chevrolet. With the 2016 models making their way onto the lots I had been kicking around the idea to getting into al eftover 2015 to take advantage of rebates. In early 2015 I was helping my girlfriend find a vehicle, called David Maus Chev, and was connected with Norma. Norma treated my significant other with respect and it was clear that her interest was in my girlfriend being completely satisfied and getting the best deal possible. Remembering this, I decided – “what the heck” and called Norma. Before I continue the review let me first point out two things. My previous car buying experience was my first purchase and it was through Carmax. Through them, I bought a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt Lt with 90,000 miles on it. They capitalized on my lack of knowledge and threw me into a 26% APR loan through Santander. When I told Norma about my current APR she was more upset than I was. All in all, I had $4,000 of negative equity in the current vehicle. Somehow, some way, through compassion and a true commitment to excellence I drove out of there in a BRAND NEW 2015 Chevrolet Cruze with 3,000 miles on it with a loan through CFE Credit Union at 3.7% APR. If you’re wondering how much I put down – nothing at all. I am absolutely in love with this car and the treatment I received at David Maus Chevrolet. John is financing is the man also.
