Great experience! I came in on a whim to have a look at a 2015 Sonic. I was a little worried because I knew I was "upside down" in my current vehicle and thought the li I came in on a whim to have a look at a 2015 Sonic. I was a little worried because I knew I was "upside down" in my current vehicle and thought the likelihood of leaving with a vehicle was slim to none. Isaac put my mind at ease and assured me that they would be able to help me. There was no pressure or cheesy sales tactics. Isaac helped me narrow down a vehicle and Oliver in finance was able to put a deal together that I am extremely happy with. My payment stayed virtually the same WITH a four year service plan :) I would definitely recommend Issac and Oliver. This dealership really will do whatever it takes to earn your business. More
Cruze purchase I was helped by Kyle, who was awesome and patient with my selections. However, the next guy, Rafael, who was giving me price offers for the vehicle, was pushy and impatient. Kyle gave him the price range of what I was willing to pay monthly, but he came back several times with a price OVER my amount, and said things like, "then you shouldn't have told us this amount when you cant afford to" and "you gotta work with me, Im doing all I can." I felt I was inconveniencing him and would have walked out if Kyle hadn't assured me this new guy was doing ALL he could to help me. I didn't believe this but stayed. Oliver was very kind and able to help me at the end, and left me confident with my purchase. I saw the second guy outside later laughing and joking with coworkers and saw a totally different behavior than he was giving me earlier. Also, the vehicle(Demo) still has stains inside after the detailing. I appreciate the time spent with me to help me in my car selection. Thank you. More

Samuel Perez was my sales person and he was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. The entire experience was enjoyable from Samuel letting me test drive the Traverse to closing the deal with his Senior Manager, Melvin, and wrapping up the paper work with the finance officer, Oliver. My salesman Russell Smith was very helpful and contributed to us making a decision. We encountered a problem with the vehicle after the purchase but Melvin McCune expedited repairs and put us in a loaner car until repairs were completed. All repairs and the use of a loaner vehicle were handled at no/charge to us. My service adviser Josh Jolly followed up with me daily on the progress of the repairs. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone that is interested in buying a vehicle and getting quality service after the transaction. More

A HORN!! I had an appointment and got there on time. I told the service man that I had a lunch nearby and hoped that he could have it done when I returned. At 1:15 he said they were still doing diagnostics. How dumb are they - the HORN was broken. Then he said it would take 1-1.5 hours. WOW! it could have been done while I was at lunch!
