Great Sunday Sale I went into David Maus's Chevrolet dealership to get a New car. Clayton Brown came up to me and asked me if I was looking to buy today. I informed him I went into David Maus's Chevrolet dealership to get a New car. Clayton Brown came up to me and asked me if I was looking to buy today. I informed him I was looking for something economical but nice to drive. Clayton informed me that the Chevy Cruze was voted the best car on saving gas and nice to drive. Clayton quickly had me test driving a White Chevy Cruze and found it was nice to drive. He asked me if I liked the car enough to buy. I did not like the White car. Clayton took me through the parking lot of Cruze's and came across a Dark Navy RS version (Cruze LT). I test drove this car and fell for it. Loved all the upgrades inside and loved how it looked on the outside. Clayton had me come inside and started to work out what I wanted to pay. After a couple of tries I agreed on a price. We came to an agreement and went in to see the Finance Manager Oliver Ruvell. Oliver really worked out a great deal and was able to work out what I was looking for. Since the banks are not open on Sunday (The day I came in), Oliver had me sign and said I might have to come back to Re-sign for a better deal from a Bank. Oliver called back Tuesday and said a Bank was able to get a better rate and to come in for a lower payment. Payment was where I was comfortable at and was very happy with David Maus's Chevy crew. They were all very nice and helpful. Will definitely let people where to shop for a great deal. Thank You very much. More

When I arrived to the dealership I was assisted right away but Billy, an assistant service manager. I was pretty emotional about the situation, but he was willing and able to calm me down and answer all of my questions. I could not be happier with my experience and will be going to this dealership for all of my car care needs. More

Very Disappointing Service Department I took my vehicle in to have an oil change and have some issues checked out. I was not told that some of the items would cost me $89.00 to check th I took my vehicle in to have an oil change and have some issues checked out. I was not told that some of the items would cost me $89.00 to check them and then charge me on top of that to repair the problem. I take my other vehicle to the Lincoln dealership and they find the problem and fix it for one price, but that's comparing steak to hot dogs. I picked up my car and paid $250.00 for the oil change and "OTHER" charges. The service adviser knew I was upset and didn't offer to let me see the Service Manager and a couple e-mails to the dealership went unanswered. More

Even during the finance process Wes made sure I knew exactly what I was signing for even if he had to slow down for a second so I was clear what it all was. Kylie, Internet sales, got right back to me and made an appointment to see the car I was interested in. When I got to the appointment, the car had been sold. But, the sales manager was already looking for a car to fit my needs and within a half an hour, they had located a car at another dealership. They were easy to work with in determining a sales price and I purchased the car, sight unseen. In 4 days I was driving my new Cruze. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car!
