Melvin McCune is the ruddiest most unprofessional stereotypical sales man I've ever seen. We purchased our vehicle late at night after the dealership was supposed to have closed. Since are car had just come off the truck it didn't have anything added by the dealer yet and we told them we didn't want any added protections or warranties. When they brought out the paperwork the price was obviously thousands over what it should have been, We told them no and they came back with a lower number saying they took them all off. It was only when we received the paperwork in the mail that we realized they still had one aftermarket warranty and the price of the car was more then it should have been since we used truecar. When we went to the dealer to talk to them about it (after waiting well over an hr.) Melvin McCune Introduced himself to us as 3rd in charge and was very rude and basically said too bad you singed the paper. When my wife asked "so your not going to do anything?" it set him off and he stood up and yelled that he would not and stormed off. As we then sat and talked with our sales man he then yelled at his sales man as if he was dog and demanded that he stop talking to us. We have now contacted Chevy and are hoping to resolve this issue. More

I did a lot of research online of the best dealership in Central Florida because I am new resident and wasn't sure which dealership would suit my needs. My car had recently broke down and time was of the essence so I didn't necessarily have the time to haggle with pushy car salesmen. I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted/needed (2014 Camaro), but I needed one at a price I could afford. Nick approached me in a professional manner and did a great job listening to my needs as hopeful new car owner. I originally looked at a 2014 Camaro 2LT and instantly fell in love with it. It had all the features I was looking for and I needed it at a price that I could manage. Nick and I went back and forth crunching numbers trying to come to a deal, but the 2LT was just a little out of my price range. Mike and Nick kindly recommended the 2LS Camaro and made the numbers work for me. Overall, the customer experience was fantastic and I feel like I got a deal. The buying experience was extremely professional! They even detailed the car up for me and filled up the tank! Originally I went in for an oil change and car detail for my 2012 Camaro 1 LT, I setup an appointment, and brought my car in. I like the fact that when you pull up, there is someone there to help you out, take your car, and it's off to the lobby to get a soda and snoop around in the car accessories section. Inside whilst I was hanging out waiting on my car, I was approached by Jason Hubbard. We started talking about cars and he inquired about if I was interested in trading up to a newer Camaro, they had some promotion going on or something... I'm sure you are thinking "Oh god, a sales guy..." But It wasn't bad at all, he didn't go into all the blah you usually get, it was truly just casual convo with the light sales approach, you know what I mean... I haven't even thought about it since I was happy with my 2012, but since I had the time, we took a walk around the lot and looked at some of the newer cars. Jason was extremely helpful, and not just the pushy sales guy. We ran the numbers, things looked pretty interesting and then got to the point where the numbers looked so good I couldn't pass it up. I knew what I wanted, and what features I wanted and really nothing less, Jason was right on it, and we eventually found what I was looking for at another dealer. End of that day was when I left with all the information and advised I'd get back to him once I find out if it was all feasible for me. My Car work was done quickly and nice and CLEAN from the detail, which was done very well, the inside smelled like a new car too! Cool. Anyway, the next call I got was from Oliver Ruvell, he was doing a follow up to see if I was still interested. He went over again with the numbers, sounded great, and he invited me back to get the paperwork out of the way whilst they acquired the car from the other dealer. I was under no obligation until the car was there, I gave it the once over, kicked the tires, etc. Then I went in and got the paperwork done, Oliver went over everything that would be needed quickly and painlessly, and then 2 days later I got a call that the car was there! I went back, met with Oliver again, he went over all the financing and information, got me processed, we went outside and looked at the new car, it was freaking awesome, everything looked good, car was nice and detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas! (I mention this because years earlier when I bought an Eclipse Spyder from a Mitsubishi dealer, the tank was so empty I barely made it to the gas station a few miles down the road), traded in my old car, and the next thing I know I'm driving off in a brand new 2014 Camaro 2LT RS! Not bad for just going in for an oil change! I'm used to pushy sales guys, the thumb-twisting managers for the 'closing the deal' BS, the shady financial guys with the unexpected charges, etc... Didn't have ANY of that! Everything was clear, everyone was helpful, and really that is the way it should be. I recommend this dealer because so far I have had nothing but good things happen there! More

Daniel my salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the 2013 Tahoe we purchased. We had been looking for a 2013 Tahoe and were having difficulty locating one with the options I wanted. I was very nervous and really wanted to drive away in a 2013 Chevy Cruze without too much of a fuss. Dexter Glasgow made that possible. He was the friendly and down to earth. While my husband and I were waiting for the finance manager to see us for our final paperwork, he took the time to answer more questions and learn more about our lives. It didn't seem superficial at all. He's just a genuinely kind, caring employee. Also, he knew his stuff when it came to the details of the Cruze. I was put off by Jason, one of their sales managers. He was condescending and very aggressive. We did wait a very long time to sign the final paperwork after we agreed on a final price, but I suppose that's part of the business. I was very happy with the final price and quality of the car. I would recommend this dealership. More
