While my husband and I were waiting for the finance manager to see us for our final paperwork, he took the time to answer more questions and learn more about our lives. It didn't seem superficial at all. He's just a genuinely kind, caring employee. Also, he knew his stuff when it came to the details of the Cruze. I was put off by Jason, one of their sales managers. He was condescending and very aggressive. We did wait a very long time to sign the final paperwork after we agreed on a final price, but I suppose that's part of the business. I was very happy with the final price and quality of the car. I would recommend this dealership. More
