Can't complement Ty enough for the level of service I have received on EVERY visit to David Maus Chevrolet! Bought my vehicle used elsewhere but would never know it from the professionalism Ty has treated me with since day one! That was a big concern, to be honest, but was quickly dispelled. Ty has accommodated all service needs to my vehicle in a timely manner, emailing or calling to maintain my awareness of every situation involving repairs. He has gone above and beyond when it has come to setting up comparable-sized loaner vehicles while mine was being worked on as well. Always attentive and smiling , Ty, along with the rest of the Service Team, has been a pleasure to work with no matter what time of day i have either dropped off or picked up my vehicle! Extremely GENUINE helpfulness along with a sense of humor, it is plain to see Ty loves his job and to help others when faced with the daunting tasks of getting repairs done to their vehicles. Although I hope for no more repairs on my vehicle, I am positive Ty will continue his excellence in customer care with a genuine smile and a firm handshake! A definite asset to David Maus!! More

I am so happy with my purchase of a 2012 Spark. Gary Hester was my salesman and he was terrific. I had the opportunity to have conversations with Rafael, Chris, Wes, Jason and Daniel during my visit. So friendly, pleasant personalities and funny as well as professional. John Sicoli, my Finance Manager, made my day!!! He bent over backwards to get my financing approved. I can't thank John enough. Robert assisted me in Service and Patrick tinted my windows!!! Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and friendly. Never ever had this experience at other dealers. One thing that should be taken into consideration.....the gentlemen who drives the shuttle and takes care of filling the coffee should be recognized on your website under "staff"....I do not see his foto there. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel right at home. They tinted the windows for us and did an excellent job. They also installed a special brake system for towing our travel trailer. On two separate occassions, I had taken my HHR to another area chevrolet dealer for service on a reoccurring problem with the engine light. Twice they said they had reset -whatever- and twice the engine ligh area chevrolet dealer for service on a reoccurring problem with the engine light. Twice they said they had reset -whatever- and twice the engine light came back on. My son's mechanic suggested that I take my car out to the Sanford dealership. I was able to schedule an appointment on line (most dealers provide this service; however, when I showed up for a scheduled appointment at the other dealership I was informed that they had no one available to handle the problem and to come back later) Ty Ostreicher confirmed my appointment immediately, he greeted my when I arrived, listened (patiently) to my "technical description" of the problem(s), settled me in the lounge with coffee and tv, returned with a detailed and scary assessment of the problem. (More than a malfunctioning engine light). He went to a great deal of effort to reduce the initial cost. He did everything in his power to make the problem go away! After the horrific experience with the other dealership to walk into a place that is scrupulously clean, well appointed, with an outrageously pleasant and friendly atmosphere is such a delight. To receive such outstanding service is uncommon these days and has been greatly appreciated. Return to David Maus for sales/service- darn right! Recommend these people to anyone who'll listen- You Betcha! More
