Internet sales at dealership could not handle an email with photos of car.It would crash their system. They could not go on any websites from their computers due to security (in order to veiw my car online). Is this a way for an INTERNET sales operation to perform? The trade offer sight unseen was insultingly bad.THe reason I wanted to email them with photos of car was so they could get a better sense of the quality and condition. I bought a different car elsewhere 2 days later for a fair trade in price with zero hassle. Unprofessional and a rip in my opinion and it didnt seem like they were really interested in selling me a car at a fair price all parties could live with. Not sure the type of buyer who buys here but it appears to be ones that dont care that much about what they end up paying. More

It wasn't a good experience they sent us home in a car and then waited two weeks to bring us back and tell us that they had to get another thousand dollars down and jack up our payments $200 more. We don't have the best of credit but They were sure that our payments would be at what they said they were. It seemed a little that they waited almost three weeks to tell us that we were not approved. It seemed like a scam. Almost like they let us have the car long enough to get attached to it and then hope that we liked it so much that we would go ahead and put more down and take the higher payment along with a 25% interest rate, mind you the car was only 12,800 and we had already put 3500 down. Overall it was a bad experience and it felt like a scam. We were very disappointed and will never go there to buy a car nor refer anyone else. My recommendation is that you go to Carmax across the street. More

We are Ohio residents and were traveling in Florida when we stopped at a motel for the night, our Chevy HHR would not shut off and the ignition key could not be removed. This was late on Saturday evening so we stopped at a motel for the night, our Chevy HHR would not shut off and the ignition key could not be removed. This was late on Saturday evening so I disconnected the positive cable at the fuse box and assumed that we would search for a dealer on Monday. As we traveled to Sanford Sunday morning, I noticed a Chevy dealer below the freeway that had garage doors open. We exited and found that it was open .....On Sunday! After I described our situation and the problem to Ty, our car was taken in within minutes and repaired .Ty also noticed that the car was due for service and took care of that .The problem was fixed at no charge to us and we were on our way within two hours! What a great experience!What started out as a very stressful day became a great one thanks to the staff of David Maus Chevrolet! We would definately use this dealership for our needs in the future if we resided in Fl. More

Excellent experience! We were looking for a Ford mustang for a first car for our daughter and saw one in your used car lot. Bruce Markgraf suggested we take it for a test drive and then took us inside to have a look at the new showroom. He ran the numbers from the sticker and we said that was out of our price range-he said to tell him what we would like to pay and he would ask the manager. We could not believe it when they accepted our offer for less than the Kelley Blue Book! We sat down with John Sicoli the finance manager and within just a short while we were driving out with a beautiful Mustang! I am so pleased with the whole experience- from the first step on the lot to the follow up calls I have received this morning. I highly recommend David Maus Chevrolet in Sanford ! More
