Bought a new 2011 Chevy Silverado and it took over 5 hrs to complete the purchase. We have bought and traded vehicles over the yrs and never had a problem with slow sales staff.. Our salesman Mr. D. We got 1 pass to Universal Studios and he tried to get another one for us but was unsuccessful..I'm not paying $ 85.00 to get in. After all we traded in two vehicles for one and they could afford to give another one.. More
