At David Maus Chevrolet, we try to work with customers and come to an agreement on price. There are times when we can not meet the price the customer has in their mind. I am troubled to hear that a salesperson would behave in the way you described but could not research that as we do not have a salesperson named Shawn. Ask Gary what the other guys name was! NEVER! NEVER! Would we return. And it's not that we couldn't agree on a price. We never had the chance being we wouldn't sit there any longer watching him roll his eyes and breath hard at things we said. And any ways we bought our new truck from Jon Hall were it was a pleasure to do business. We will never in this life time be a David Maus customer!!!!!!!!!

Greetings Jason 99, I spoke with Gary about this post and I was told that you brought in your vehicle but we could not get the vehicle to duplicate the sound aas it is intermittent. You called to state that the sounds had become louder and we offered to have you return so we could take a look at it. I understand that vehicle service issues are frustrating as it is for us when we can not duplicate a reported issue. Outside of re-inviting you to return for vehicle evaluation, is there anything else that we can do for you?
