This dealership is VERY Customer service oriented. It was a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out in my new vehicle. They weren't selling me a car, they were selling me their ongoing commitment to my satisfaction. The staff stayed a few hours past closing to make sure I drove home in my new vehicle. I had visited the Courtesy dealership near the Orlando Airport the night before and they were not very welcoming nor were they even willing to let me test drive a vehicle because it was 30 mins before close. Really? They lost my business immediately. I am so happy I went to David Maus Chevrolet instead. I felt like they truly wanted my business. It was and will continue to be worth the additional 20 min drive to receive the service I deserve as a paying customer. Thank you everyone at David Maus!! You are the best! More
