I have been to 2 other Chev dealship inclu. were I bought my car(Honda Chev. & I would not send enyone there.) and none of the 2 come up to David Maus and the services you get there. I'm the type of penny pincher that generally shops around when I need something big done on my car and I go to the cheapest mechanic I can find. No more! Ty Ostreicher was so amazing and went so far and beyo when I need something big done on my car and I go to the cheapest mechanic I can find. No more! Ty Ostreicher was so amazing and went so far and beyond what I could possibly have hoped to find at this dealership that they have made a customer for life! We went into the service center this past weekend to have the oil changed. After that we started to notice a gas like smell so I called back and spoke to Ty. Not only did he get me in the same day to check the problem, but even though it had nothing to do with the oil change he made sure that we were taken care of not only as customers but as people. Miki was wonderful as well. She thoroughly explained all the paperwork and took care of us quickly and with great customer service and respect. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" really is true because I will never shop around for service again. So long as I live in Central Florida my cars will go back to the team at David Maus and Ty! Thank you so much for making what could have been a horrific situation something manageable. More
