Great communication with salesperson and staff and very cordial. Financial took longer than expected, since I was paying cash, I did not expect it to take so long. I had a great experience with John Bannon in sales — he was professional, helpful, and made the buying process smooth and pressure-free. The dealership has also been responsive and worked with me to correct an issue I discovered after the sale. The problem was specifically with Hairo in finance. After verbally declining the VSC (Vehicle Service Contract) during our conversation, I later found out it had still been added to our loan — increasing the amount financed to $37,211.42, even though our signed Buyer’s Order reflected $35,424.04. We were also misled into signing documents on the iPad after being told it was “just for the sales contract,” and we never received copies of what we actually signed at the time of sale. To their credit, once I caught the discrepancy and brought it to their attention, the dealership corrected the paperwork and removed the unauthorized charges. I appreciate their efforts to fix the situation — but I strongly encourage future buyers to double-check the finance documents and ask for printed copies before signing anything digitally. More
