I spoke with a salesman on Sunday around noon, was told the truck was available and I would be in at 9:30 Monday morning. The dealer was an hour, 20 minutes away from me so, I left my home at 7:45. Amazing dealership. Fantastic staff. I first went to another Chevrolet dealership...sounds like Karl Black....big mistake. I told them exactly what I was looking for. They added a "Market cost adjustm another Chevrolet dealership...sounds like Karl Black....big mistake. I told them exactly what I was looking for. They added a "Market cost adjustment" fee of $7,500! What's that? A premium...a mark up of just pure profit for the dealership. Does not include any additional accessories or options, just more money out of your pocket and into Karl Black's pockets over MSRP. They also told me the truck I wanted wasn't available, was not in transport and would not be made or available for the next 3 months. I left and 2 days later went to SEMINOLE CHEVROLET. What an awesome dealership! Jason Dufel and Melvin Lewis were incredible. They had on their lot the exact truck I was looking for. No "Market cost adjustment" fees. No mark ups. No games. What they offered me was exactly the truck I was looking for. They gave me cash back off of the MSRP, zero percent financing (which the other dealership said I would not get building a truck), additional features and options, $2000 more for my trade and SAVED ME MORE THAN $10,000 than the other place.
