I went in to test drive a Trailblazer with Norma. She was great with communicating with me via text and call that the car was delivered. They are a wasted of time. Very disorganize dealer. They listed the car online that was not ready to sell. They made me go to tell me the car had $3k worth of repairs and they weren't going to do them. I t listed the car online that was not ready to sell. buying a car here was great. service center sucks and they have horrible customer service. you only deal with the salesman once. the service people you have to deal with the rest of your cars life. Also if you look at the rest of the one star reviews they almost all have to do with the service center. That should speak volumes. My long story short: took my car in for work. got it back with a crack in the windshield. was told it was already there and there was nothing they could do. More
